I will begin with the ancient Chinese River Diagram and Luo Shu, guiding you through the evolution from the Primordial Bagua to the Post-Heaven Bagua; the meanings of the Twelve Palaces, including their derived and transformed interpretations; and how the celestial bodies take on different meanings under the influence of four types of energy.
The course primarily follows the River-Luo School of Chinese Astronumerology, incorporating techniques from the Qintian School, as well as some methods that may have been lost to history and others I am currently innovating. The focus is on moving from the level of “technique” to that of “the Way,” gaining a profound understanding of the essence of Chinese divination—namely, what is the logic behind destiny? What does it mean for celestial phenomena to manifest in the heavens, take form on earth, and manifest as human fortune?
To ensure the quality of instruction and protect intellectual property, I will prepare case studies, and I may also ask you to prepare some of your own. This allows us to better verify the accuracy of the techniques and ensures that each student works with unique case studies. The course is structured in modules of 5, 10, 15, or 20 sessions, and so on, depending entirely on your needs. Classes will be conducted live via Tencent Meeting or Zoom, and you will be required to submit assignments on time after each session.
