Feng shui is not a superstitious discipline; rather, it is a field that explores the perfect harmony between people and their environment. To give an example, imagine setting your air conditioner to a very low temperature in the height of summer, yet leaving the front door wide open. If you stand for a long time at the threshold between the outdoors and indoors, do you feel quite uncomfortable? Yet you can’t quite put your finger on why? This is a problem caused by the convergence of the two opposing “energies” of yin and yang. Feng Shui studies the influence of these invisible energies on you. Interestingly, I often find that when a person is in a Feng Shui environment that doesn’t suit them, the resulting issues will also manifest in their Chinese Astronumerology chart—this is what astrologers refer to as “multiple signs confirming a single sign.”
